Hosted by the sensational Pinkie T’Boo, the burlesque show took place on the 11th of May at the Victoria Social Club in Goole, showcasing the talents of Goole Goddesses and Selby Starlets. With guest performers Sinful Sorella adding to the excitement, the evening promised to be a spectacular display of tease and titillation.
As guests filled the venue at the Victoria Social Club in Goole, the atmosphere quickly became charged with an air of excitement and expectancy. Laughter and whispers of anticipation wove through the crowd as each individual settled in, their faces alight with the promise of an evening filled with enchantment and allure.

The Revelry Of Tease sprang to a vibrant start as Scarlett Valentine, a shining star from Selby Starlets, ascended the stage. Her act, "Welcome To Burlesque," was nothing short of mesmerising, marking an electrifying commencement to the evening's proceedings. Adorned in a beautifully detailed corset paired with lace ruffle shorts, Scarlett Valentine’s initial disrobing of her gown set the theatre alight with cheers. Her performance was a masterful blend of tease and elegance, each movement deliberate and full of charm. With a flourish of rose petals cascading from her hands and the playful swaying of her boa, she encapsulated the essence of burlesque, embodying both the sass and the sophistication that defines the art. Her routine was a testament to the power of transformation and confidence, breathing life into the venue and captivating the audience from the outset. As she navigated through her performance, Scarlett Valentine not only unveiled her attire but also the spirited heart of burlesque, setting a high bar for the acts that were to follow and warming the audience to the night's tantalising possibilities.
The stage was set for an unforgettable performance as Pink Champagne, Pixie Bella, and Tantalizing Topaz from Selby Starlets prepared for their first foray into the spotlight. Adorned in corsets that sculpted their figures, fishnet tights that whispered of classic burlesque allure, and lacy shorts peeking out under the glimmer of rhinestone garters, they embodied the essence of cabaret glamour. Their routine to "Candyman" was a whirlwind of energy and charm, as they expertly twirled their canes, their movements synchronised to perfection, captivating the audience with every step and spin. The air was filled with the sound of roaring applause, a testament to the electrifying impact of their debut. This moment marked not just their introduction to the stage but also signified the blossoming of new talent within the realm of Burlesque With Paris, enriching the evening's tapestry of performances with fresh vibrancy and excitement. Lilly Rose, from Goole Goddesses, made her mark with an enchanting solo number titled "Singing In The Rain." Despite facing an unexpected challenge when her umbrella gave way, she exemplified the true spirit of a performer by not only continuing with her routine but doing so with added flair and a playful bum wiggle, much to the delight of the audience. Her ensemble sparkled under the spotlight, consisting of a sequin show jacket complemented by a snug corset and lace shorts, which elevated her performance to new heights. The crowd’s enthusiastic cheers were a testament to Lilly Rose’s captivating presence on stage and her ability to turn a potential mishap into a memorable moment of the show. Grandma Licious, from Selby Starlets, took to the stage with an air of mystery, her hair neatly tucked into a towel and her figure veiled by a satin gown. As the first chords of "Man I Feel Like A Woman" filled the room, anticipation built among the audience. With a dramatic flourish, she discarded her towel, and as the routine progressed, her gown followed, unveiling a striking ensemble underneath. The reveal of her corset, adorned with a sequin tassel belt and sparkling rhinestone trousers, elicited gasps and applause from the crowd. However, it was her audacious decision to go down to nipple tassels that truly captivated everyone present. This bold move not only showcased Grandma Licious's confidence and flair for the dramatic but also marked a significant moment in the evening, as she became the first performer from Burlesque With Paris to embrace such a daring level of reveal. The audience's enthusiastic response underscored the empowering and liberating spirit of burlesque, celebrating individuality and the art of performance. It was then Tempt La Animal who took centre stage, leaving the audience spellbound with her electrifying performance to "Chandelier". Clad in striking fishnet tights complemented by an all-encompassing body suit, she epitomised the essence of burlesque with every move she made. Armed with a piece of net as her prop, she wove magic into the air, blending fluidity and grace with the raw, visceral energy of her dance. Her routine was a testament to her prowess and versatility as a performer, showcasing not just her flexibility but her ability to tell a story through movement. The moment she executed her flawless splits, the venue was filled with an air of astonishment, further heightened as she engaged in seductive bump and grind floor work. Her performance was a visual feast, a perfect blend of sophistication and sensuality, which held the audience captivated in a collective trance. With a flourish, she began her 'Love Me' routine, every movement a testament to her mastery of the art. The Isis wings fluttered like translucent dreams around her, catching the light and casting ethereal shadows. One by one, she divested herself of her attire, her actions deliberate and teasing, drawing the audience deeper into the performance. The gown was the first to be discarded, followed by the Isis wings, each piece removed not just as an act of undressing but as part of the dance itself. When she twirled, her skirt panels flew off, leaving the crowd mesmerised by her skill and the reveal of her peacock fans. These fans, with their opulent beige feathers, became extensions of her, hiding and revealing in a tantalising dance that captivated every onlooker. With a flourish that could only belong to Pinkie T’Boo, the stage was once again hers. As she made her illustrious return, the room's energy shifted, captivated by her presence.

Dressed in meticulously tailored army-style costumes, complete with striking pimp sticks as their props, they exuded a powerful presence. Their routine to "Salute" was a meticulously choreographed masterpiece that flawlessly blended the discipline of military precision with the sensual fluidity of burlesque, creating an enthralling spectacle. Each movement was executed with such finesse and synchronicity that it underscored their collective talent and individual prowess. The duo, shimmering in sequined cover-ups, captured the audience's intrigue with their initial, playful teasing. It wasn't long before they shed their sparkly veils to unveil equally glittering bras and knickers, stepping into the spotlight with confidence. As the notes of "Feeling Good" enveloped them, their performance transitioned from playful interaction to a captivating display of synchronised dance.
