I love my Sirens class it’s every Wednesday 7 pm till 8 pm, it is brilliant, it is always fun plenty of laughter and banter. No one feels alone or self conscious everyone enjoys themselves.

No matter what size, shape or age you would just fit in. It’s a great class with a fantastic instructor, fun routines and amazing music and I would recommend it to everyone.

The best thing I have ever done and it definitely has the feel-good factor for everyone.
