As a curvy girl I've struggled to find exercise classes which I don't find intimidating, until I stepped into a Burlesque with Paris Class! I have been attending Selby Starlets for over 2 years and I love the classes. I have made some fabulous friends, improved my fitness and best of all improved my confidence no end. Our instructor Paris is a fantastic teacher, who inspires confidence and body positivity. This has led to me dancing on stage at our annual show, something I'd never thought I'd do, but absolutely loved. She makes sure to give us exciting routines regularly, which are broken down into manageable chunks so that everyone can follow them. I love my burlesque classes and would recommend to all.
