“I started this dance class as a way to keep fit while having fun, but it turned out to be so much more.

It’s a body confidence session, a dance class, a time to be me.

I was really nervous going to the 1st session, but the people I’ve met there are so accepting and welcoming, especially Tina, my instructor. She always tailors the dance to suit the whole class.

I can’t wait to take part in my 1st show xx”
