Class and Workshop Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any class, workshop, or event with Burlesque With Paris, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Age and Eligibility

Burlesque With Paris classes and workshops are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. Classes are open to all adults regardless of gender, race, body type, ability, or fitness level.

Health and Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in classes and workshops. If you have any health concerns, injuries, or conditions that may affect your participation, please seek appropriate medical advice before attending.

Payments and Refunds

All classes are paid for on the first class of each calendar month. Payment covers the total number of classes scheduled for that month, which may consist of four or five weeks.

Burlesque With Paris does not offer refunds for missed classes or cancellations once payment has been made.

Personal Responsibility and Liability

By participating in classes and performances, you agree to release Burlesque With Paris and its instructors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation.

Burlesque With Paris takes all reasonable care in the planning and delivery of its classes. However, participation is at your own risk, and Burlesque With Paris accepts no responsibility for injury or loss sustained in or around class venues or performance spaces.

Class Changes

All classes are subject to change without notice. While we will always aim to inform registered students of any changes as early as possible, we strongly recommend checking your class message groups on the day of each class for the most up-to-date information.

Choreography and Intellectual Property

All choreography taught during classes remains the exclusive property of Burlesque With Paris. Choreography may not be taught, replicated, or performed in full or in part outside of authorised Burlesque With Paris activities without prior written permission.

Safe Space Policy

Burlesque With Paris is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students. To protect this space, spectators are not permitted to watch or sit in on classes without participating.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour of any kind towards instructors or students.

Mailing List

By enrolling, your email address will be added to the Burlesque With Paris mailing list so that you may receive updates about classes, workshops, performances, and opportunities. You may opt out of this at any time.

Photography and Media

Any photographs or video footage taken during classes or performances remain the property of Burlesque With Paris. We may use this content for promotional or advertising purposes.

All care is taken to ensure images are tasteful and respectful. Any images considered risqué are restricted appropriately.

Breach of Terms

Breaching any of the above terms and conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and refusal of entry to future classes, workshops, or events.

If you are asked to leave due to a breach of these terms, no refunds will be issued.
