I was nervous about joining the class last year but I needn't have been.

Tina and the girls made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in! I've learned to dance with an amazing group of friendly, funny, caring women.

I love every minute, I always go home with a smile on my face, feeling energised. It's given me the confidence I never knew I had in me, and look at me now!!! 😇
