I made a decision in the new year to do something new. Come out of my comfort zone and hopefully start to feel a bit better about myself and life. It was very difficult and intimidating walking into my first class but I needn’t have bothered being worried at all. Tina sat with me and immediately put me at ease. She explained the background to burlesque and showed me a few moves. I then felt more confident joining in with the girls; who are all very friendly and a good laugh. I’m really glad I plucked up the courage to go. I’m meeting new people, getting a bit fitter and have a lovely thoughtful teacher in Tina.
