Bubblelicious Balloon Workshop With Paris Chantilly
On the 2nd of March, we hosted our Bubblelicious Balloon workshop at The Studios in Selby with twelve of our burlesque lovelies, and what a fabulous fun workshop it was full of giggles and smiles.
The bubble/balloon dance is a classic burlesque style. It’s also a great burlesque routine that is slow, teasing, and poised, based on alluring poses.
Once we had all of our ladies fastened into their balloon costumes full of multi-coloured balloons they worked their way through our My Boy Lollipop routine. There were lots of balloon shimmies with alluring poses as they worked through popping their balloons with their lollipop poppers.
There were lots of giggles and smiley faces throughout this workshop and even though they got carried away with the balloon popping and ran out of balloons before they got to the end of the routine they were all absolutely fabulous.
Our Bubblelicious workshop went with a bang and has given our twelve workshop wonders the chance to experience the wonderful world of balloons classic burlesque style.
For anyone who wanted to do our Bubblelicious workshop this time but couldn’t… don’t worry we will be running another Bubbleicious workshop this year on the 20th of July at D’Angelos Dance Academy in Hull.

“Ok so balloons and Burlesque? Best combination! Had an amazing time dancing with the Burlesque With Paris family learning my first ever balloon routine. So many laughs too, not sure I've ever giggled so much while exercising - or looked as glamorous doing it fabulous night with fabulous folks. Thank you so much Paris for organising, definitely on my Burlesque bucket list to try (now I wanna do it again!) xxx”
Pixie Dust - Goole Goddesses

Lil-Bit O’Booty - Selby Starlets
“I went to the most recent balloon workshop ran by Paris. I wasn't sure what to expect, but as I attend regular Burlesque with Paris classes, I knew it was going to be a fun workshop. I 100% was not disappointed. Paris had set all the balloons up before leading us through a routine and explaining what we needed to do to pop the balloons. She helped all of us get balloons on, fixed up any gaps, and was all around wonderful! I had the most amazing time.. it was hilarious! Fun! And above all.. I never thought I could feel sexy covered in balloons”
