Turn Up The Heat

June arrives with sunshine, confidence, and a whole lot of sparkle. This month at Burlesque With Paris is all about turning up the heat, celebrating progress, and stepping boldly into your summer energy.

Whether you’re discovering burlesque for the first time or continuing your performance journey, June is the perfect time to immerse yourself in movement, creativity, and self-expression. Expect feel-good energy, empowering routines, and a studio filled with confidence, laughter, and glitter.

Graduation Week

From Wednesday, the 12th of June to Friday, the 21st of June, all of our classes will be celebrating Graduation Week.

This is a time to honour your achievements throughout Term 4 and take pride in how far you’ve come. Graduation Week is about confidence, celebration, and recognising the strength, courage, and commitment you bring into the studio every week.

We’ll be celebrating in true Burlesque With Paris style, lifting each other up and marking every milestone along the way.

Khandie Khisses Workshops

Both workshops will run on the 23rd of June at D’Angelos Dance Academy in Hull.

Stage Confidence

This workshop is for those who are new or about to take to the stage.

Using techniques to enhance a performance, but also to engage more effectively with your audience in this stage reclaiming workshop with burlesque queen Khandie Khisses.

She shows your ability to explore, create, and add to your showgirl toolbox with techniques and a mindset that will celebrate you.

The aim is to have confidence and beautiful charisma ready for when you are walking out onto the stage or simply out of your front door.

Tassel And Assels

We got you twirling what 'ya mumma' gave you and more.

This all about the performance workshop will have you finding new ways to entertain the audience.

Bring tassels and means to adhere them, legging or shorts. Bras/tops worn throughout.

Girls On Film Week

From Wednesday the 19th of June to Friday the 28th of June, it’s Girls On Film Week across all of our classes and the final week of Term 4.

This much-loved theme week is all about cinematic glamour, showgirl confidence, and stepping fully into the spotlight. It’s time to put on your burlesque finery, grab those dancing shoes, and become the glorious showgirls we know you all are.

Expect bold performances, dramatic flair, and a whole lot of sparkle as we bring the term to a fabulous close.
