An Ever-Evolving Journey Of Burlesque Performance
Over the past six years, the Hull Honeys have continually evolved, embracing a wide range of burlesque styles that reflect both their growth and individuality as performers. Each term has offered a new creative direction, allowing the class to explore fresh aesthetics, techniques, and storytelling approaches while building confidence and stage presence.
Guided by Paris Chantilly, the Honeys have delved into Neo Burlesque, Feather Fan Dance, Classic Burlesque, Bellyesque, and Showgirl Burlesque. From the sharp sophistication of Come Together with shirts and ties, to the festive glamour of It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas using ostrich fans, every routine has added a new layer to their burlesque repertoire.
These evolving performances have not only kept the class dynamic and exciting but have also allowed each Hull Honey to shine in new ways, celebrating individuality while strengthening their collective presence on stage.
