We’re stepping into January with elegance, attitude, and a whole lot of tease as Burlesque With Paris classes reopen on the 6th of January.
This month is all about reconnecting with your body, your confidence, and your inner showgirl whether that’s soft and romantic, bold and cheeky, or dark and deliciously dramatic.
January Class Line-Up
Our January routines are serving variety, glamour, and powerful performance energy across all troupes. Here’s what’s coming to the studio…
Goole Goddesses, Featherstone Foxes, Hull Honeys, and Doncaster Divas will be exploring the timeless art of Feather Fan Burlesque, performing with luxurious ostrich feather fans to “I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You.” Expect classic elegance, slow and sensual reveals, and all the vintage glamour that makes feather fan work such a beloved burlesque tradition.
Featherstone Follies and Selby Sirens will be bringing bold energy and playful confidence with a Chair Burlesque routine to “Do You Wanna Touch.” Using chairs and shirts, this piece is packed with attitude, connection, and cheeky tease, perfect for owning your space and commanding attention.
For something smooth and flowing, Featherstone Follies and Hull Harlots will be performing Silk Fan Flow to “Sway.” This routine blends sensual movement with graceful fan work, creating a mesmerising, expressive piece that feels both soft and powerful.
Turning up the heat, Sugar Bombs will be diving into a darker, more provocative routine to “S&M,” using floggers to explore strength, control, and unapologetic self-expression. This piece is fierce, confident, and not for the faint-hearted.
Finally, Sugar Belles will be serving sharp style and showgirl sass with a high-energy routine to “That Man.” Featuring trilby hats and sequin skirts, this performance brings classic burlesque flair with a modern, sparkling twist.
