The Burlesque With Paris Burlesque Ball Part Two at Doncaster Little Theatre | 22 November 2025

An Explosion Of Glamour, Confidence And Showgirl Magic

The Burlesque With Paris Burlesque Ball Part Two illuminated Doncaster Little Theatre on 22 November, transforming the venue into a glittering realm of elegance, anticipation and pure showgirl magic. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Sequins shimmered beneath the foyer lights, satin gowns swirled across the carpet, and joyful chatter filled every corner. This was more than a show. It was an experience that audiences had been eagerly awaiting.

Paris Chantilly welcomed each guest personally at the door, her signature warmth and charm immediately setting the tone for the evening. Her presence made everyone feel embraced by the heart of the Burlesque With Paris family. Behind the scenes, the steady heartbeat of the production, stage manager Cupid Stunt, moved with quiet precision. Every prop, cue and costume change fell seamlessly into place under her watchful eye, allowing the night to flow effortlessly and flawlessly from start to finish.

Even before the curtain rose, Khandie Photography was already capturing the magic. With camera in hand and an exceptional artistic eye, she preserved the anticipation, glitter and raw emotion of backstage moments. From performers adjusting stocking seams to final lipstick touches, every fleeting detail was immortalised through her lens, safeguarding the essence of the night long before the first step touched the stage.

As the audience settled into their seats, the theatre hushed and the lights dimmed. A wave of anticipation swept through the room. Glitter, feathers and glamour waited silently behind the curtain.

Then, in a burst of colour and theatrical delight, the incomparable Foo Foo Labelle made her entrance. Opening the evening with a dazzling rendition of Be Our Guest, she filled the stage with charisma, humour and undeniable star power. Her sparkling costume caught the lights as she danced and sang with effortless showmanship, warmly inviting the audience into the world of burlesque. By the final note, the room was electric and alive, perfectly primed for the extraordinary performances ahead.

With the stage aglow and the audience captivated, the show flowed seamlessly into its first breathtaking act.

Delicious Denise from Selby Sirens stepped into the spotlight with effortless charm, beginning with her back turned to build intrigue before revealing her refined ensemble beneath a stylish coat. Performing to A Man, A Mink and A Million by Ruth Wallis, she radiated playful sophistication. Long purple satin gloves framed her slow and sultry glove peels, followed by the teasing removal of her scarf, top, and skirt to unveil a stunning purple lace body. Laughter and delight erupted as she tossed fake money from her cleavage before striking a confident showgirl pose that earned roaring applause.

Sensual elegance followed as Cherry Poppins from Selby Sirens glided onto the stage in a black satin robe to Fire For You by Cannons. From her very first step, she exuded smouldering confidence. The robe slipped away to reveal a black corset, matching knickers and stockings, while her expressive legwork and hypnotic floor sequence captivated the audience. Her final reveal, removing her corset to showcase shimmering tassels, sent the crowd into an enthusiastic uproar.

High energy erupted as The Selby Sirens, Cherry Dynamite, Bubbles Byzance, Vanilla Silk, and Kitty L’Amour stormed the stage to Another One Bites the Dust by Queen. Dressed in sparkly shorts, bikini tops and trilby hats, and wielding pimp sticks, they delivered a bold neo burlesque routine packed with attitude. Hats flew into the audience as sharp footwork and powerful formations filled the stage. Their finale saw bikini tops removed and pimp sticks raised high, revealing glittering pasties and drawing thunderous applause.

A dramatic shift in tone followed as Beltane Bette of Doncaster Divas delighted the audience with an inventive reverse striptease to 7 O’Clock by The Quireboys. Beginning in a black corset and knickers, she built her outfit piece by piece onstage. Sliding into a skirt, brushing her hair with theatrical flair, singing into her hairbrush, applying lipstick, spritzing hairspray, pulling on long gloves and finally shrugging into a leather jacket, she transformed before the audience’s eyes. Strutting offstage with comedic confidence, she earned loud appreciation for her clever and charming twist on classic burlesque.

Silky seduction took over as Lemon Sherbert of Selby Starlets delivered a smooth purple silk fan routine to Something In Your Mouth by Nickelback. Wearing a short black skirt, black bra, and delicate lace gloves, she glided across the stage with elegant ease. Setting her fans aside, she performed two slow glove peels before removing her bra and reclaiming the fans to tease the audience with expert timing. Her reveal of black tassels was met with warm and enthusiastic applause.

Comedy, character, and sensual storytelling came together as Harley Queen and Phoenix Rose of Selby Starlets took the stage. Beginning to the gentle tones of the Antiques Roadshow theme, they appeared in white shirts, long black skirts, and books balanced atop their heads, demonstrating how ladies should behave. As the music exploded into You Can Leave Your Hat On by Tom Jones, the books tumbled away, and their transformation began. Shirts and skirts slipped off to reveal striking red PVC lingerie, and their final red tassel reveal brought a powerful cheer from the crowd. Their performance earned them the well-deserved title of Best Small Group Performance of the Night.

Fierce feline fantasy followed as Sugarboo from Hull Harlots and instructor of The Sugar Belles prowled onto the stage. Dressed in her leopard print bra, pants, suspender belt, and stockings, she wrapped a whip sinuously around her body while commanding attention with dynamic floorwork and magnetic confidence. Her glitter-pour finale shimmered beneath the lights, earning a joyous roar from the audience.

Sultry authority filled the theatre as Violet Grace from Hull Harlots delivered a smooth bump and grind routine to Boyfriend. Reclining at a table with her feet casually propped up, she radiated effortless dominance in a crisp white shirt and tailored black suit. One by one, jacket, tie, shirt, and trousers were peeled away to reveal lingerie and stockings beneath. Her dramatic final floor pose triggered an explosive wave of applause.

The heat continued as Selby Starlets returned with a sizzling group performance to Nasty Naughty Boy by Christina Aguilera. Scarlett Valentine, Lola Sparkles, Cherry Dynamite, Crystal California, and Ginger Larue appeared in black jewelled lingerie adorned with sumptuous pink and black boas. Their choreography flowed seamlessly, boas draped and curled across their bodies with expert precision. After teasing the audience with a chorus line sequence, bras were cast aside, and boas tossed high, ending in a unified pose that earned a roaring ovation.

Closing the first half was the breathtaking Paris Chantilly. Floating across the stage to A Thousand Years, she moved with ethereal grace, dressed in a cream bra, corset, skirt and pants while wielding soft white ostrich fans. A gentle sprinkle of feathers opened her routine, which unfolded with serene and mesmerising beauty. Behind her fans, she peeled away her skirt, corset and bra before rising into her iconic tall peacock pose adorned with sparkling pasties. The audience was visibly moved, many near tears, and the thunderous applause that followed was heartfelt and profound.

During the interval, the theatre pulsed with excitement as audience members spilled into the bar and aisles, animatedly reliving their favourite moments from the spectacular first half. The air was thick with laughter, glitter, chatter, and the lingering warmth of performances still echoing in their minds. Friends compared notes, strangers bonded over shared gasps and applause, and everywhere you listened, there was talk of glamour, seduction, humour, and show-stopping artistry. Anticipation for the second half grew with every passing moment, creating a delicious tension that filled every corner of Doncaster Little Theatre. When the house lights dimmed once more, the audience settled in with wide-eyed expectation, hungry for even more enchantment.

The second half ignited with an explosion of attitude as Crystal California from Selby Starlets stormed onto the stage to Like A Bad Girl Should by The Cramps. Wearing a black leather look dress and wielding a glowing LED whip, she electrified the room from the instant she appeared. Lassoing the whip boldly above her head, she radiated confidence as cheeky bum rolls and sultry glances teased the audience. When she tore away her dress to reveal striking black PVC lingerie and stockings, the crowd erupted. Her wicked bra removal and reveal of black tassels sent applause soaring through the theatre, a fierce and fiery opener that set the tone for the entire second half.

Classic glamour followed as Harley Queen, Delicious Denise, Cherry Poppins, and Amethyst Allure of Selby Sirens delivered a beautifully stylised group routine to Please Mr Jailer from Cry Baby. Draped in flowing black robes embroidered with their names, they built intrigue before slowly teasing the robes from their shoulders. A single unified bum roll swept them to the floor before they revealed matching lingerie and long satin gloves beneath. Transitioning into a tight and elegant chorus line, their slow glove peels drew the audience deeper into the moment. The final bra reveal uncovered colourful sparkling pasties and brought a wave of applause that shook the theatre. It was a stunning display of unity, tease and classic burlesque elegance.

The magic continued as Lola Sparkles from Selby Starlets delivered a masterclass in theatrical burlesque storytelling. Performing to It’s A Kind Of Magic and Pink Pussycat, she appeared in a magician’s black jacket and top hat, radiating playful mischief. Pulling a rabbit from her hat delighted the audience before she approached a giant hat centre stage. Lifting it revealed a pink burlesque bunny and a joyful confetti explosion that sent the room into laughter. As the music shifted, the gloves and jacket peeled away to reveal a gorgeous pink babydoll. With a flourish, rabbit ears were placed atop her head, and a carrot boa wrapped around her body, finishing in a cheeky and dazzling pose. Thunderous applause celebrated one of her most charming performances to date.

Laughter erupted as Scarlett Valentine from Selby Starlets burst onto the stage with an uproarious cowgirl fantasy to Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy) by Big and Rich. Wearing cow print chaps, an embroidered waistcoat and a red shirt, she made her entrance riding an inflatable horse that instantly delighted the audience. Costume pieces peeled away one by one, waistcoat, shirt and then a cheeky moment pulling money from her bra to toss into the crowd. Her fiery glove peels dragged red gloves up her legs before she lassoed them overhead. A mischievous bum roll revealed bumless chaps, and her bra removal flicked away with a lasso swing sent the audience wild. Removing her cowboy hat for the final reveal, she flashed dazzling pasties to roaring applause. A true showstopper from beginning to end.

Wearing short black skirts and leather bomber jackets, they entered withan unshakable attitude. Their choreography was sharp and provocative, packed with bold chorus lines, hip flicks, and unapologetic confidence. Jackets were lassoed through the air and tossed aside before a series of stylish glove peels led into a powerful bra reveal. Coordinated tassels spun perfectly in unison, and deafening applause confirmed their well-deserved win as Best Class Performance of the Night.

A hush fell over the theatre as Ginger Larue delivered one of the most enchanting solo performances of the evening to Dream A Little Dream Of Me. Draped in layers of soft, luxurious blue, she appeared like a living dream. Her movement was smooth and emotionally rich, each gesture filled with grace and longing. Playful comedy returned with Vanilla Silk from Selby Sirens, who delivered a clever and seductive striptease to Hit The Road Jack by Ray Charles. Entering with a stop-and-go sign, she added cheeky bum rolls before placing it atop a cone. Wearing an orange work jacket, she peeled it away to reveal lingerie beneath, using her signs and hard hat to hide and reveal with impeccable timing.
