By enrolling in a class or workshop with Burlesque With Paris, I confirm that I acknowledge, understand, and agree with the below terms and conditions:

· Burlesque With Paris Classes are 18+ and by enrolling I am confirming that I am over 18 years of age.  Classes are open to all ages 18+, genders, races, sizes, abilities, and fitness levels.

· I am responsible for ensuring that I am medically fit for classes.

· I understand that all Burlesque With Paris classes are to be paid for on the first class of each calendar month for the number of classes during each month. (weeks in a month will be 4 or 5 weeks) Burlesque With Paris does not offer refunds.

· I release Burlesque With Paris and my class instructor against all costs incurred, expenses, and all liabilities whatsoever that may arise as a result of my actions or instructor’s instructions during all activities and performances undertaken with Burlesque With Paris.  Burlesque With Paris takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes. It accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused in or near the classes and/or studios.​

· I understand that all classes are subject to change without notice. We will always endeavor to notify registered students with as much notice as possible before class changes however we highly recommend always checking your class groups on the day of a class.  

· I understand that any choreography taught in classes remains the exclusive property of Burlesque With Paris and may not be replicated or performed in full or part outside of authorised Burlesque With Paris activities without express written permission from Burlesque With Paris. Please email info@burlesquewithparis.co.uk for further information.

· Burlesque With Paris aims to create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment for all students, regardless of age (18+), gender, race, body type, ability, or fitness level.  To maintain this safe space, spectators are not permitted to watch or sit in on classes without participating. We have a zero tolerance for bullying, intimidation, and dangerous or discriminatory behavior toward any of our instructors or students.

· My email address will be added to the Burlesque With Paris mailing list so that I may receive information on classes, performance opportunities, and workshops. I may opt-out of this at any time.

· Any media or footage from classes or related performances remains the property of the Burlesque With Paris. Burlesque With Paris is entitled to use any media or footage from the event for any future promotions and/or advertising. All due care is taken to ensure that images of students published are chosen in "good taste" and any risque images are restricted.

Breaching any of the above terms and conditions will result in booking cancellation and refusal of entry to future classes/workshops/events.

Should you be asked to leave for breaching any of the above there will be no refunds.
