“I joined the class last year about September time. I enjoyed my class that much, I am now settled into 2 classes in Goole and Selby.

I've lost weight. Gained confidence. Got new skills I didn't realise I had. Met lovely ladies. Gained New friends. Have a laugh.

I might still feel negative about myself at times but with Tina's encouragement, by the end of the class I'm buzzing.

Each routine we do, I usually enjoy more than the previous.

Most of all, I have fun.

I would highly recommend this form of dance. It suits any age, size, and fitness level.
