It’s been 2 years since Featherstone Follies opened and what a fabulously incredible fun year this year has been.
We had our Annual Show which was on the 9th of November 2019 at Drax Social Club. All of our fabulous Follies took to the stage to perform their class routine with some of our Follies performing small group performances and solo performances. They were all spectacular and it was by far The Greatest Show we have done so far with 240 guests in the audience who said it was an incredible show to watch.

They have had another year of amazing routines, with a variety of different props and they have loved them all. This year they have learned:
I Just Want To Make Love To You - Boas
Feeling Good - Ostrich Fans
Cell Block Tango - No Props
Santa Baby - No Props
Bump And Grinds - Show Routine Gloves And Boas
But I Am A Good Girl - Gloves, Skirts, And Chairs
They have all been working really hard on their routine for our Student Showcase show which has sadly been postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic but I know they will be explosive on that stage when we are able to reorganise our Student Showcase show. It’s going to be a spectacular evening for everyone to look forward to.
Sadly the Follies class had to close down on 17th March which was when the whole of the UK was going into lockdown and having to stay at home.
If you want to come and join the Featherstone Follies when we reopen class everyone is welcome. Our class is for ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities, and just watch your confidence grow. It's amazing what you can learn about yourself and it's even more amazing to see the things you think you can't do that you actually you can do.
