Celebrating eight fabulous years, the Featherstone Follies continue to shine as a powerful and creative force within the Burlesque With Paris community.

Over the years, this extraordinary class has grown into a confident collective of performers known for their theatrical flair, fearless creativity, and unwavering support for one another. From elegant fan dances to bold character performances, the Featherstone Follies have embraced every opportunity to explore new styles while celebrating individuality and self-expression.

Their eighth year has been filled with spectacular routines, unforgettable performances, and moments that perfectly capture the magic of burlesque.

A Year of Style, Strength, and Creative Exploration

The Featherstone Follies enjoyed another exciting year of burlesque, with each term introducing new techniques, performance styles, and creative challenges that allowed dancers to expand their confidence and versatility.

The journey began with Classic Burlesque as the class learned Take My Love Take Me, using feather bustles and gloves to explore elegant tease and refined stage presence.

Showgirl glamour followed with Viva Las Vegas, where sequin skirts and gloves brought sparkle and energy to the studio, encouraging strong musical interpretation and dynamic choreography.

Term six introduced a mixture of styles through the much-loved One Night Only routines, giving dancers the freedom to experiment, perform, and embrace their individual creativity.

Term seven saw the class divide into two powerful groups. One group embraced Neo Burlesque with Come Together, wearing jackets, ties, and rip off trousers to deliver a bold and rebellious performance packed with attitude and strong character work. The second group explored the beauty of Feather Fan Burlesque with Dream A Little Dream, using luxurious ostrich fans to create elegant formations and fluid ensemble movement.

The year closed with Winter Wonderland, returning to Feather Fan Burlesque to bring seasonal charm and graceful fan work to the stage.

Moving into the new year, the class stepped into Bellyesque with Babooshka, using flowing belly dance veils to explore expressive movement and dramatic stage imagery. Classic Burlesque followed with Please Mr Jailer, incorporating shirts and gloves to build character driven storytelling and theatrical tease. The next term continued the classic style with Nasty Naughty Boy, where organza boas added softness, sensuality, and rich visual texture to the choreography.

Each routine strengthened the performers’ technique, confidence, and stage presence, adding another vibrant chapter to the Featherstone Follies’ journey.

The Featherstone Follies delivered an unforgettable showcase at The Revelry of Tease, captivating the audience with performances filled with elegance, humour, and irresistible tease.

Soft sensuality filled the theatre as Emerald Fuego delivered a breathtaking routine to Earned It. Dressed in pristine white lingerie and wielding flowing blue and white silk fans, she moved with fluid grace and quiet intensity. Her delicate fan work contrasted beautifully with the steamy soundtrack, creating a moment of striking elegance that left the audience mesmerised.

Classic allure met modern seduction as Vivienne Divine performed to You Were Mine. Draped in a flowing red gown, she blended old Hollywood glamour with Moulin Rouge-inspired passion. Her dramatic floorwork and striking leg lines drew audible gasps from the crowd before her final pose left the theatre enchanted.

Cheeky charm followed as Lil Miss P brought a playful pink fantasy to life with her confetti-filled routine to Cry to Me. Beginning in layers of vibrant pink, her performance revealed a powder pink babydoll and sparkling pasties beneath, building excitement and laughter throughout the room.

Golden glamour arrived as Lola Sparkles glided onto the stage to On a Night Like This. Her ostrich fan dance embodied classic burlesque elegance from beginning to end. From graceful glove removals to a soft rose petal pour, every movement was refined and poised, earning a powerful ovation.

Heat and flirtation followed as Bohemian Beauty teased the audience with her performance to I Kissed a Girl. Beginning behind a screen with glimpses of her dazzling silhouette, she emerged in a pink sequin bodysuit before dramatically whipping it across the stage. The reveal of tassels and a daring G-string sent the crowd into a frenzy of cheers.

The Burlesque Ball Part 1 - 15th November 2025

The Featherstone Follies returned to the stage at the Burlesque Ball with a spectacular lineup of performances that blended glamour, humour, storytelling, and bold theatricality.

Ethereal beauty opened the evening as the Featherstone Follies transported the audience into a dreamlike world with their ostrich fan routine to Dream A Dream Of Me. Bohemian Beauty, Coral Kisses, Lil Miss P, Lola Sparkles, Luscious Luna, Cindy Galore and Divine Desire floated across the stage in soft pink and black babydolls. Their fan work shimmered beneath the lights as their formations unfolded with flawless synchronisation. As the babydolls slipped away and fans opened to reveal sparkling pasties, the theatre erupted with applause.

Rock and roll energy surged forward as Roxy Starr delivered a rebellious performance to Girls Girls Girls. Wearing a leather jacket, biker boots and fishnet stockings, she commanded the stage with fearless confidence. Casting off her jacket to reveal black lingerie beneath, she built toward a powerful bra reveal that brought the audience to their feet.

Whimsy and wonder followed as Lola Sparkles returned with a magician-themed performance to It’s A Kind Of Magic and Pink Pussycat. Wearing a magician’s jacket and hat, she delighted the crowd with playful illusions, including a rabbit hidden within her hair and a giant hat revealing a pink burlesque bunny in a shower of confetti. As her costume transformed into a pink babydoll with rabbit ears and a carrot boa, the theatre roared with laughter and applause.

Bohemian Beauty returned with cheeky cheerleader energy to Unholy. Wearing a cropped top, short skirt, stockings and pom poms, she delivered a playful and powerful performance filled with sass and striking choreography. Her bold reveal and finishing shimmy brought waves of applause.

Luscious Luna captivated the audience with her first solo performance to Like A Virgin. Beginning with elegant ostrich fanwork, she moved with dreamy musicality before revealing a stunning black and pink lingerie set beneath her flowing dress. Her delicate fan technique and confident reveal earned enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.

Serene elegance followed as Coral Kisses performed to Blue Moon. Wearing a striking blue corset, black pants and satin gloves, she delivered slow, expressive glove peels and sensual bum rolls that drew the audience into her graceful world.

Intensity returned as Roxy Starr and Emerald Fuego performed a fierce duet to Come Together. Wearing matching black trousers, jackets and ties, their powerful choreography built toward a dramatic costume removal and dazzling pasty reveal that electrified the theatre.

Show-stopping glamour closed the performances as Cindy Galore and Divine Desire dazzled with their routine to For Your Entertainment. Wearing sequin jackets, top hats and wielding pimp sticks, their perfectly synchronised choreography and glittering reveals earned thunderous applause.

Celebrating Achievement and Dedication

The year came to a proud close as the Featherstone Follies gathered to celebrate dedication, growth, and performance excellence at the Class Awards 2025.

Star of the Class 2025 was awarded to Luscious Luna in recognition of her commitment, artistic growth, and captivating presence on stage.

Miss Dedicated 2025 was presented to Lola Sparkles, celebrating her consistency, passion, and unwavering support for the class.

Miss Most Improved 2025 was awarded to Divine Desire, recognising her inspiring confidence and development throughout the year.

The Featherstone Follies also celebrated their outstanding ensemble performance as Dream A Dream Of Me was awarded Best Class Performance 2025. Lola Sparkles was honoured with Best Solo Performance 2025 for her exceptional storytelling and showmanship.

These awards celebrate the courage, dedication, creativity, and unity that define the Featherstone Follies.
