Hosted by the glamorous Pinkie T’Boo, the room was buzzing with energy as the audience eagerly awaited the start of the show.
The air was thick with anticipation as months of dedicated preparation led to this pivotal night. The Victoria Social Club buzzed with the energy of an audience comprised of proud family members, supportive friends, and Burlesque With Paris aficionados, all gathered to witness the artistry and passion of the performers.
As the room hummed with lively chatter, it was clear that the audience's eagerness matched the performers' excitement. Every individual in attendance, from those who had seen the shows before to newcomers to the burlesque scene, waited with bated breath for the showcase to commence. This collective anticipation set the stage for an evening poised to dazzle and entertain, showcasing the culmination of hard work by Goole Goddesses, Featherstone Follies, Selby Sirens, and Selby Starlets. The initial image of their backs turned to the audience, with black ties symbolically wrapped around their wrists, set a tantalising scene. Adorned in a black boa that she theatrically discarded along with her hat, gloves, and dress, she revealed an intricately patterned bodysuit paired with tights, embodying the essence of burlesque finery. Her performance, set to the melodious tunes of Patricia The Stripper, was a masterful display of allure and grace. Through her captivating movements and expressive facial gestures, she effortlessly drew the crowd into her world, leaving them spellbound. Coral Kisses' debut was indeed a memorable milestone, marked by her sassy and seductive showcase that enraptured all who witnessed it.

The venue buzzed with lively chatter as attendees shared their highlights and eagerly discussed their anticipations for the acts yet to grace the stage. Initially appearing as a quaint old lady, complete with a rhinestone walking stick and a trolley, she soon shed this image to reveal a dynamic and vibrant side. Clad in a fur coat that whispered luxury with every sway, her performance was a captivating blend of elegance and daring. The reveal of a sparkly black dress set the tone for an act filled with allure and sophisticated tease. With the grace of a seasoned performer, she artfully manoeuvred through her routine, each movement more enthralling than the last. The transition to red ruffle shorts, corset, and stockings added a vibrant contrast, enhancing the visual spectacle of her act. Her ability to engage and hold the audience's attention was evident as she concluded with a dazzling display of pasties, ensuring her performance was both a visual and emotional thrill. Roxie Rocket, emanating from the ranks of Featherstone Follies, captivated the gathering in her radiant, sparkly dress that seemed to glitter with every step she took. Her performance to "Roxie" was nothing short of a spectacle, embodying sass and style in equal measure. With a natural flair, Roxie moved with precision and grace, her every step and hair flick exuding confidence. The inclusion of adept floor work within her routine not only showcased her technical prowess but also added an exquisite layer to her performance. Each movement was deliberate, each gesture carried the weight of her vibrant personality, engaging the audience fully in her narrative. With a striking green wig set against a purple lace gown and clutching a pimp stick for added drama, her entrance alone promised a spectacle. The routine began with Pixie Bella commanding the stage floor, her movements embodying the twisted synergy of her characters. As the act progressed, she shed layers, transitioning from her purple gown to a daring leather corset and stockings, each removal synchronised with the crescendo of her performance. The act escalated further when she cast aside her corset and bra, concluding in a flurry of tassels that left the audience spellbound. Pixie Bella's portrayal was not just a dance but a narrative brought to life through her impeccable characterisation and captivating stage presence, ensuring the audience's rapt attention until the very last moment.

Adorned in a costume that glittered with jewels and beads, every twirl and tease was a testament to her mastery of the art. Paris artfully removed each piece of her attire, from her opulent gown to her enticing fur cuffs, engaging the audience with a performance that was both intimate and spectacular. Utilising beautiful beige peacock feather fans, she crafted a mesmerising display of fan dancing, culminating in a striking pose that mirrored the regal beauty of a peacock. This act wasn't merely a dance, it was a narrative woven through movement and allure, leaving the spectators in awe of her craft. Paris Chantilly, with her showstopping Love Me routine, reaffirmed her status as a luminary in the burlesque scene, embodying the celebration of femininity and the power of performance.
