“ I love my Sirens class, it’s every Wednesday, 7 pm till 8 pm, it is brilliant, it is always fun, plenty of laughter and banter.

No one feels alone or self-conscious, and everyone enjoys themselves.

No matter what size, shape, or age, you would just fit in.

It’s a great class with a fantastic instructor, fun routines, and amazing music, and I would recommend it to everyone.

The best thing I have ever done, and it definitely has the feel-good factor for everyone.”
